This 48hr fermented dough is hand stretched, topped with Fior di latte mozzarella, Italian tomatoes, fresh basil & extra virgin olive oil and cooked in our wood fired oven with Semolina flour. This creates the iconic puffy crust with scorching heat from our authentic wood fired oven.
