Delivery Areas We deliver to the following areas in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs: Bergvliet, Bishopscourt, Claremont, Constantia, Diep River, Harfield Village, Kenilworth, Meadowridge, Newlands, Plumstead, Southfield, Tokai, and Wynberg.

Delivery Fee
- FREE delivery on orders over R120
- R25 delivery fee on orders under R120
Delivery Times
- We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 4PM to 9PM
- Delivery typically takes approximately 45 minutes from when your order is confirmed
- During peak times (weekends and public holidays), delivery may take up to 1 hour
- Delivery times may also be affected by traffic and weather conditions
Collection You may place an order for collection. Please note that our kitchen is not open to the public for health and safety reasons – we will deliver your order to your car upon arrival. Contact us when you arrive at 70 Constantia Road, Wynberg.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Modifying Your Order If you need to modify your order after payment, please call us immediately on 087 354 3618. Depending on how much time has passed and whether preparation has begun, we may be able to accommodate changes.
Cancellations Once an order has been processed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because we prepare all meals fresh to order using perishable ingredients.
Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns on Food Items Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items. Once food has left our premises, we cannot guarantee its safety for resale or consumption by others.
Missing or Incorrect Items If your order is missing an item or you received something incorrect, please contact us immediately on 087 354 3618 and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Quality Concerns We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are not satisfied with your meal or service, please contact Marius directly at [email protected] so we can address your concerns. Each case will be assessed individually, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Refunds Refunds are not available for change of mind or taste preference. Refunds or credits may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect order that cannot be rectified
- There was a significant quality issue with your meal
- Your order was not delivered
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, please note these in the order comments or contact us before placing your order. While we take all reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
