We have launched a new menu which you can download here or click on the menu tab and simply order online. We are now offering FREE delivery on all orders over R120. We encourage you to make use of our user-friendly online ordering platform when choosing to order or alternatively talk to one of our Tele-operators over the phone. Ordering directly from us means that you save and get to order our deals. We have been delivering with our own drivers since 2010, our friendly staff are standing by to serve and deliver.
In an effort to align the business to our vision of quality hand-crafted food delivered to you, our menu, delivery areas, as well as internal processes and systems have changed to make us more efficient and better at what we do.
Lastly, we are doing deliveries 6 days a week(closed on Mondays) from 4 pm to 9 pm.
Eat Out The Box is a food delivery kitchen operating in Wynberg since 2010, where the focus is on, serving the best quality and hand-crafted local products to any door.
We specialise in thin base wood-fired pizzas, including Neapolitan-style pizzas, gourmet burgers, including Smash burgers and the freshest salad bowls. We want to be the best value, fastest and freshest healthy food offering in Cape Town, offering health choices like gluten-free and low-carb as well as some vegan options. Kids menu, family deals, mid-week and all-week deals make ordering direct from us the only choice.

I have selected my Menu items. How do I check out?
Look for the shopping cart icon and click. The website will guide you through the steps, and it’s really easy!
How do I know you received my order?
You will get an email confirmation. SMS notifications coming soon.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been processed and paid for?
Please call us on 087 354 3618. Depending on how much time has passed, we may be able to modify your order. Orders can’t be cancelled or refunded, only modified in certain circumstances.
There is an item missing from my order!
Our apologies. Please call us right away on 087 354 3618 and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
What are your delivery charges and areas?
Please click here to view our delivery areas. We offer FREE delivery on orders over R 120. You are able to order for collection, but we will deliver to your car. The kitchen is off limits to anyone except staff that have gone through regulation screening.

Where do I enter voucher codes and apply discount coupons?
We have meal/gift vouchers, and we have promo discount codes. After entering your order, under your TOTAL, two code areas will appear. Enter the code in the relevant space.
Can I order in advance?
Yes! When you check out, you will see time slots for delivery times.
Do you accept orders and stay open during load shedding?
Yes, we do, but certain items won’t be available. We automatically switch to a load shedding Menu when the power is off, so you won’t be able to find certain items like fries. We offer alternatives where possible.
Is there an Eat Out The Box app?
We have moved on from our old app. Instead, you can create a bookmark or shortcut and add it to your Home screen on your phone. Then, one tap and you’re ready to order.
What is the normal payment method?
You can pay by credit card, Yoco (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), SnapScan, and Zapper.
Must I tip the driver?
It is not mandatory but it is greatly appreciated. You can tip in cash or add a tip to your cart when checking out. The driver gets the full tip.
How long does a delivery take?
Under 45 minutes but this may be up to 1 hour in peak times.
