When we opened our doors in 2010, we did so as an artisanal takeaway that does things slightly differently. Healthier takeaway food that tasted great but didn’t come with a side of guilt. We quickly became popular among locals in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs, known for our delicious food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients (and love), affordable pricing without cutting corners on quality, quick deliveries and a responsible approach to packaging and sustainability in the kitchen.

Today, Eat Out The Box’s menu reflects how mindful meal planning has crossed over into mindful takeout planning too. Our brand continues to develop with its community and caters to all budgets and diets.

We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 4pm – 9pm. Place your order online and select your delivery time in advance, or get your food delivered as soon as it is ready. No mess, no fuss. Supper sorted.

Dough Boys Pizza Base Company

Dough Boys Pizza Base Company grew organically from our Eat Out The Box kitchen. We started getting requests from customers to sell them pizza bases for their home ovens and soon other restaurants started outsourcing making dough and bases for their Pizzaria as we developed a Gluten Friendly pizza base and a Low Carb Cauliflower pizza base. We now supply restaurants, deli’s and caterers or home pizza chefs all over the country and growing our manufacturing monthly to deal with the demand. All our pizza bases and ingredients are supplied frozen and can be bought online from Dough Boys Pizza Base Company or on our Eat Out The Box Website.
